how does it work?
1. Intake Session
Before we our first session you'll fill in a short intake form and in the first session we'll discuss your current context, and set an initial development goal for our work together.
2. Development Plan
Based on the intake session I'll propose a path for your development. Your development path gives us some guidance but is held lightly as we don't know what we'll discover on our journey. We'll adjust and co-create the way forward as needed. We also decide how often to meet, typically every 2nd or 4th week.
3... Cycles of Development
For each following session you'll decide if you want continue on our path, or temporarily step to the side to discuss any challenges that has emerged. Either way you own our sessions and come to the sessions with an intent.
In between sessions
When relevant I'll invite you to some reading or complete some exercise in between our sessions to maximise the benefit of our time together.
I'll also be available for quick calls, emails or chat messages to discuss any urgent issues and help you move forward.
Length of engagement
For new clients I suggest minimum of 5 sessions to give you the space to go deep, have support as you experiment with new thought patterns and behaviours, and give you a chance to internalise new habits.
Returning clients can get one sessions at time when needed or sign up for 5 sessions to refresh their development plan and go yet deeper.
Optional assessment
We may support our coaching with a leadership maturity assessment to give you deeper insight into your developmental edge.
